The most I paid was around $360 for a pair of D&Gs. I'd up my limit to $1500 for a nice pair of dress pants though.

$1500?

jesus christ, that's far too much for a pair of pants....what could make a pair of pants nice enough to be worth even half that much?

while you're at it....what makes a pair of cotton blue jeans worth $360?

Agreed. Only an idiot would pay that much. The quality of the clothes is not much better than a $35 pair of jeans and in fact, usually it's a lot worse. I know this since our family is in the dry cleaning business and we've seen all sorts of clothes.

I would rarely ever pay more than that for any piece of casual clothing.

Indeed.

Joe Hallenbeck: Leather pants.
Jimmy Dix: Yeah.
Joe Hallenbeck: What's something like that run?
Jimmy Dix: Six-fifty.
Joe Hallenbeck: Six hundred and fifty dollars?
Jimmy Dix: Yeah.
Joe Hallenbeck: They're pants.
Jimmy Dix: Yeah.
Joe Hallenbeck: You wear them?
Jimmy Dix: YES.
Joe Hallenbeck: They don't, like, have a TV in them or something?
Jimmy Dix: Nope.
Joe Hallenbeck: I am very old.

If I like something enough I'll pay whatever it costs. However, I think I'll be hard pressed to find a pair of jeans that's so much better than anything else to justify paying more than $50.

I am abnormally tall. So if I could find a really good pair of jeans that fit nice I would probably be willing to pay $60 or $70. But in most cases, $30 seems like a fair price.

Most I've ever paid is $25. I usually wear Old Navy jeans, which are more than comfortable enough and durable enough for my tastes. I also have a pair of American Eagle jeans that I got on sale for $22, and they are the most comfortable pants I've ever worn. I can actually sleep in them.

Only place I buy Jeans from is Kohls. They care the Sonoma Jean Company and their jeans Rock. Especially their carpenter's jeans. And they are always right around $25 or so. Never found jeans that felt better to wear.

Wow that really is a wierd size
tall, skinny, texas country boys, I can find wrangler jeans that size anyday of the week, but I really can't stand them, they don't fit well and they shrink everytime you wash them.
