Poll: Nintendo Wii, will you be buying one?

Nintendo is intent on fulfilling the 4mm supply it has promised and this makes for a rather interesting console launch: one that actually will have supply. Will you be buying one?

I might now that there's a possibility I won't have to deal with all this pre-order BS that is basically an automatic with other consoles.

i have $200 sitting at home right now that i got for selling an old PC.
still trying to decide between Wii and another handgun.

I'd probably get more use out of the Wii and i wouldn't have to put up much more money yet to get one. A gun is going to cost me at least another $200+ yet plus the cost of ammo to get the one i want.

I read in another post that Wal-Mart will have indefinite amount of Wiis available come launch day (15th). This was confirmed by an ATOTer who called them. I will be definitely picking one up.

but i am getting one. Don't have a gamecube (havent got a nintendo besides the ds since SNES) so the fact it plays gamecube is a plus.

and the fact that it can play older games is a plus heheh $250 is also a good deal.

Yes.

It'll be the first console I've personally owned since my Atari 2600 back when I was a little kid. Once I got an Apple IIC it was all computer games ever since. But the Wii looks like fun. And won't cost an arm and a leg.
