Poll: Nintendo Wii, will you be buying one?

Hopefully my PS2 bundle will sell on eBay and then I'll have enough spare cash to get the Wii. If for some reason it doesn't sell I'll have to think of another way to get the cash.

The GameCube controller will work with it, and will be required for some games (Super Smash Bros Brawl is the only one I know of right now). The GameCube controller is a good controller... it's about the same size and basic layout as the Xbox S/Xbox 360 controller. I too am kind of worried that the Wii remote will lose its appeal after a while, so I kind of hope a lot of games allow you to use EITHER the Wii remote or the Gamecube controller.

There is also the Classic Controller, which has the same buttons as the GCN', in a body that's sort of the bastard child of an SNES and a PS2 controller.

I will be buying one eventually. My housemate is getting one, so I'll get my own Wiimote and Nunchuk and play on his Wii for awhile.

it depends on avalibility of kiosks to try it out.

the whole motion thing hasn't sold me yet and will require a test run. that Wii sports the game that i have any mild interest in. and Mario but If and only if it goes back to being mario and not like mario sunshine.

Zelda will be bought for the GC. I don't care that it'll be out for the Wii.
