The scripts of the Matrix Trilogy runs like a semester in a college class.

You put maximum effort into the first two papers to get and A and an A-. The third paper doesn't really matter as much as you assured a good great for just making a decent effort. So you slack off on the third paper knowing that the teacher will grade inflate your paper b/c she views you already preferentially as a good student.

Matrix set a great story. Part 2 was good to test some new arcane waters. Part 3, your success assured, do some partying and do a rush job. Heck, for all you know, Part 3 can be dogsh!t, the people will still eat it up. Justa add water (read: SFX).

I mean, it is what it is. What did everybody expect? It's a sci-fi action movie, it's not going to be the greatest movie of all time.
It was okay. I'll buy the DVD when it comes out.

I enjoyed it minus the ending. It still doesn't compair to the first one of course. Watching the movie i was quite into it, until the ending, but reflecting back on the "hidden meanings" i think i have come to the conclusion that they tryed to hard to put "depth" in it.

The review I read of it hated it. The reviewer also hated Reloaded. I get the idea, from reading this and other reviews, that these people will only say good things if they are sufficiently bribed by the moviemakers.

i guess most people enjoyed it. the point is that in after movie-discussions everyone points either out what wass really good, or what was bad in their opinnion. that's why i think the post-movie thread has an negative karma but the poll looks different.

if there was a box with tomatos with one rotten tomato in it people would say "there is a rotten tomato in there". but if you ask how where the tomatos people would say "overall they were quite good".

I thought it was great, and the ending, especially the fight between smith and neo, was very deep and perfectly symbolic. The very ending now, that I'm not quite sure about, but overall good movie.
