that's an interesting point. Assuming there are some repeat offenders in there, you guys in favor are proposing to kill about 18% of the male population.

i think the situation should be taken into account

but for the most part i think a rapist should spend many many years in prison (but not executed)

All that matters is they get convicted and sent to prison. In the spirit of an eye for an eye they'll get raped several times a week while there.
