how can you diss a show with lines like "I felt greedy once... but then she woke up."

FG's so much more offensive, simpsons has really begun to lose it's edge. i'd say right now FG is up there, although simpsons is of course still on the top of my list.

Simpsons rocks...it's just such a well put together show that is aging well with time.

Family Guy on the other hand is insanely brilliant too; one of the funniest shows on television.

I love them both.

Ok!...I',m glad it's not just me...I love watching The Simpson's, Family Guy, Futureramma, South Park! My wife think's I'm nuts(well, at least a sunflower seed at least), but these shows are great!

I don't understand how anyone wouldn't find Family Guy hilarious.

I've only seen Family Guy a few times and it never appealed to me. I've been watching the Simpsons for longer than I can remember, best show ever in my opinion.

Long term, the simpsons is unbeatable. However, lately it has been really hit or miss. For me, it's family guy all the way. I have yet to see a family guy episode where I don't literally laugh out loud at least once, usually three or more times. Simpsons laughs are extremely rare, though its cleverness is sometimes worthy of quoting. South park is somewhere in-between, and to me is arguably the most creative. Futurama rarely gets laughs out of me anymore, and without bender I doubt I would laugh at all. I never thought I'd say this, but there's a sitcom out there I find funnier than the simpsons lately (not as funny as FG). Eep, scary thought.
