Poll: Sum of All fears or Bourne Identity

headed to the movies tonight. simple poll for those who've seen both. let me know why too, or suggest another flick

I haven't watched Bourne Identity yet, but I really liked Sum of All Fears.

Judging from the trailers, I'll just rent Bourne Identity later.

I've seen Sum of All Fears, and I thought it was only 'pretty good'. I hope/expect Bourne Identity to be better, so I'd reccommend that.

Both were mediocre transfers from the original story (the book), but if I had to choose, SOAF did a better job. They were both decent films.

Matt Damon was the better actor in Good Will Hunt so I will go with Bourne Identity

I think that "The Bourne Identity" was a better movie than SOAF. I liked both of them, but Bourne Identity just seemed better than the other one. I had seen the other Tom Clancy movies and was kind of expecting what happened. I had never read any of the Bourne books so it was a freash experience. I also think that Matt Damon is a better actor than Ben Affleck. Or that I like Matt Damons roles better. Either way you go you will probably be watching one of the better movies out now.

I liked Bourne Identity alot. Soaf's was ok and ben affleck did a good job, but a bit too much hollywood crack with the 'simple unassuming guy involuntarily thrust into the position to save the world' routine.

I think Bourne Identity had better acting, but I watched Sum of All Fears with my GF, so that one automatically wins.

geez as of this moment the poll is 25-25. You guys didn't make my choice easier

we ended up choosing Bourne Identity, which was pretty good i thought. Probably see sum of all fears on a matinee this weekend. Thanks for the help folks

I saw them both and my vote would go to Bourne Identity. Sum of All Fears was to slow for me, Bourne Identity kept me glued to my seat and Matt Damon was very believable in this role. I actually enjoyed Bourne Identity better than some Bond flicks.
