He was a terrorist responsible for murdering hundreds of United State soldiers. Not that it's a concern to some people, but it matters to me.
At least the bush admin was good about lying about intel. These fools cant even lie correctly. Must suck being a republican. Every shitty thing this country does is from them.
Funny, but wasn't it approved by the United States Congress? I seem to recall that even Hillary voted for it.
not a year has gone by where he hasn't been involved in some kind of action against the US
Early days of Iraq 2.0 his groups killed Americans. IEDs got advanced. Tried to kill Sa'udi ambassador to US. Bankrolled and helped organize many Shia militias in Syria and Iraq. Architect behind keeping Bashar al Asad in power pretty much. Had his own intel network. Supposedly he sent Petreaus a letter bragging that their ambassador in Baghdad was a Quds member, therefore 'completely under his control.' By all accounts he was a busy guy. Nothing I've seen about him indicates his anti-America beliefs were part time or lacking in resolve.
Still doesn't mean that was the time to take him off the board.
Like what, exactly?
I was making an assumption about something people in military/IC said. That wasn't my opinion. But you pulled words literally out of a sentence. Please don't do that again.
So now we have 3 including @ultimatebob who have yet to tell us what was the imminent threat. Let's go people what's left of your reputation is on the line.
