POLL: what antivirus software do you use?

Norton Antivirus 2002. I don't really need it, considering I know what to open and what not to, but it has saved my moms computer many, many times. Its worth its weight in gold as far as I'm concerned

Trend Micro PcCillin. Mcafee and nortons have always manged to screw something up on my system so i refuse to use either of them. PcCillin on the other hand has ran flawlessly for me for over a year now definition updates 2 or 3 times a week. has caught and killed everything that has come my way. I am totally satisfied with it.

Can you really use two antivirus programs on the same computer ?

Norton 2002, but now my e-mail scanning doesn't work. I used LiveDirect to download an update and along with it came a System Redirector update that screwed up my e-mail scanning. I don't know how to fix it.

You can use as many as you want, as long as you're only using the runtime scanner on just one of them.

Yeah, if you're not using XP, InnoculateIT is the way to go. Fastest and best AV program I've used. If things keep acting up with Norton, I may go ahead and buy eTrust EZ Antivirus (formerlly InoculateIT).

EZ trust. It seems to be the most reliable and the least bloated.

BTW, Norton is responsible for putting bad sectors on one of my hard disks. :|

And what's all this about having to pay for Virus updates? I just go here and download the latest EXE file. Heck, LiveUpdate even works for me and I never had to pay anything.

Norton but I used to use Innoculate IT but it does not work for XP so I had to switch.

Running win2k and just got norton systemworks 2002 which includes NAV 2002. Haven't had any problems with NAV but have had some issues with the other components.

Before I got Systemworks 2002, I was running an older version of NAV that was sesceptible to a trojan horse.
