hard, muscular body
overly mature appearance
rectangular shaped
thick skin
upright posture
gains or loses weight easily
grows muscle quickly
3- endomorph:
soft body
underdeveloped muscles
round shaped
over-developed digestive system
trouble losing weight
generally gains muscle easily
