As for me, yes, I use my finger, and flick it on the freeway onto other cars.

2) Blow (into TP)
3) Pick out remains (with TP wrapped around index finger of left hand)
4) Toss in toilet (TP + boogers)

I pick it with finger, if it's a bit moist then I stick under the chair or armrest. If it's dry I flick it on the ground, somewhere unnoticeable.

Pick it, blowing is only effective on a runny nose.

Finger, but toliet paper twist sometimes if the tools are handy.

I flick them, wipe them on chairs, flick them in the toliet or trash can, wash them down the sink and if I'm in the car and the window is down I just hold my hand out and let the breeze take them. It all depends on the situation.

I always thought that people who said they didn't pick their nose were liars...as Jzero said, sometimes the finger is the only effective tool. And its not like I don't wash my hands, or at least wipe them on something.
