Sure. It has to do with the current availability of facts, and if they're both guilty, then they can both fall on their sword. I've always stated that let the truth be truth and that all should be held accountable, regardless of political party.
Hunter received that money while his father was Vice-President, which then media outlets covered up during the 2020 election and even outright banned people for talking about it. As I stated before, polls show that sufficiently enough Independents would have voted differently had that story not been suppressed. And make no mistake, there was no possible way he would have ever received that money unless his father was in office. Hunter has ---zero--- experience in these fields, meaning Joe Biden had something to do with getting it, and the likelihood of shenanigans is very strong. The extent of that hasn't been fully investigated, but it's not going to look good for Biden.
China even has a name for children of these high ranking officials. This is a very common corruption tactic in the East where high ranking officials will utilize their children to funnel money through so it looks "more legit."
As for Kushner, I think we can both agree that the dude just looks like he could use a punch to the face. I never thought he was a good fit for the Trump campaign as he seems to consistently land himself in controversial hot water. Unlike Hunter, Kushner is an experienced business man with high level ties prior to joining the administration.
I'll be specific with the differences here:
- The Crown Prince invested $2B into Kushner's Firm in return for a 28% stake in Kushner's Affinity Partners. That's not illegal, that's just a business deal. I'm not saying it looks good, but it's not an investment in return for political favors.
- While Joe Biden was vice-president, Hunter Biden received a combined ~$50M from Russian and Chinese businesses and oligarchs. Hunter has zero experience in any of these fields which strongly suggests there were political favors being made in return.
To be fair, the Hunter Biden story is more developed. But if Kushner is guilty of corruption, then he deserves the consequences.
