While i don't "help myself" (male) i take at least 20 minutes IN the shower. About half an hour total. I rarely shower in the morning. Ussaly some time in the day. Unless the water is cold, then i can be in and out in less than 4 minutes. I have tried to rush when the water is warm (dorm) and it took me 15 minutes.

I timed myself this morning. 11 minutes for: shave->shower->dry->brush teeth->deodorant->hair->clothed. Funny thing is, my gf is just as fast. :Q

30-45 mintues if I'm with my boyfriend.

looks like I have caught a good trend in my poll! Thanks for everyone who has participated... for a second there I though I was abnormal for spending 7.5-10 mins to shower.

Probably about an hour. Yeah I'm male.

Too bad we can't read a magazine and shower at the same time.

Dennil...speak for yourself! I always read in the shower. I take in my new magazine, whether it be Maximum PC, Electronic Gaming Monthly, NextGen, and turn the water all the way to the hottest and just relax and read through the magazine. You just gotta either sit facing the water, holding the magazine under the flow of water, or sit with the water hitting your back, and the magazine in front of you. It works well. I've read entire books this way.

I'll also lie stomach-down in the shower and take a nap, letting the hot water hit my back.

I'm sorry.. if that's all you do, then you don't clean yourself very well. What happened to your legs, back, and.. other parts? It takes me at least 2 minutes to wash properly.. that doesn't include washing face/shampoo/conditioner/shaving legs/underarms/etc..

All in all, I generally take about an hour. If I really hurry and skip shaving the legs, maybe 20-30 mins. (Yes, I am female)..
