This poll will be thrown off a little bit I think. Mac users will primarily run Safari or Firefox(not sure about Opera). IE is not available to them.

For Windows users IE, Firefox, Opera, AOL are really the only options. If they've never used a Mac it's really hard for them to say any of their others are their true favorites.

There are benefits and drawbacks from either one. I use IE mainly now. I used Firefox a year ago.

Indeed, in the end it will reach the same conclusion, the poll will be overwhelmingly won by firefox with the majority of the replies supporting Opera.

IE7 Protected Mode for me, about half-&-half between 32-bit and 64-bit.

at one point I had IE/firefox/opera all on one system for the sake of being able to keep different tabs (at times I open many, like 20+ at once)

now I just use IE 7.0

Firefox for most things. Opera is ok except I can't figure out
how to properly block ads on sites like sysopt.com forums.
Only time I use IE is when I absolutely must or when some
program goes to do an update and it usually defaults to the IE
browser. And yes, I do have IE Tab in Firefox as well.

it's the Rev. 4.79 version of Netscape Navigator, updated and maintained
by folks at Mozilla & the open-source community.

I use AvantBrowser: it rocks all. However I would use FF if the interface was as customizable; I enjoy the plugins. I wish I could code so It'd satisfy all my needs.

you right click on the site, choose block content and click on the add. then click done and you're done. no more adds from that advertising site. i have no adds on here except google addsense cause i'm too lazy to add it to the host file.
