Poll - What's your work dress code?

My last job I was at, it seems like some of the developers rolled out of bed, slip on their sandals and came to work. I'm all for relaxed work dress code but that seemed a bit much. How's your work dress code?

Business casual, except for the shoes. I wear Circa skate shoes... I've asked my supervisor if he'd rather me wear dress shoes but he said he didn't care. So I wear the one thousand times more comfortable skate shoes.

today i'm wearing a hoodie, cargo pants and tennis shoes.
if i had anywhere to go or meeting clients i'd wear slacks / polo / dress shirt + tie.

"Business Casual", but that includes jeans and tennis-shoes. They "frown" on t-shirts....but people still wear them.

casual - can wear jeans and tennnis shoes, however shirts have to have collars.
No flip flops or super casual type things and no sun dresses for women (which is good because all the women I work with should never wear a sundress).

I usually wear khakis or cords, a polo shirt and sweater. Today I'm in jeans. Obviously I wear dress attire in court.

It's awesome where I work, engineers can wear anything, just as long as we have leather pants on (thongs are a plus)!

Jeans + tshirts here, pure casual. People who are in a "customer-facing", position (i.e. Sales) wear business casual.

Casual - and i've never understood the point of dressing up if you're not directly working with customers or persons outside of your company. It doesn't do anything for anyone to dress up for the behind the scenes jobs.
