I think Bill is the front-runner. He has shown he has business acumen and leadership qualities throughout the competition IMO. You can't discount Kwame's Harvard MBA (they ain't handing those out down at the Dairy Queen) but Bill graduated cum laude from a school Trump seems to respect.

Overall, I think Bill has impressed Trump and his advisors more. Unless he screws up the last task, I think Bill will win.

I hope Kwame wins because he always seems to be just a good guy. Bill can sometimes get pissy at people when it's not called for. However, Kwame needs to figure out where his balls went and kick Omarosa to the curb.

I agree with your thoughts. I think Bill should win, based on what we've seen. But I have this nagging feeling that the show's editors are setting us up for a surprise at the end. So I voted that I think Kwame will iwn.

I half expect Kwame to fire Omarossa from his team. Remember that Trump did say that they were his employees now. Which means if they hold you down, get rid of them. I think if he did, it would show his ability to focus on the team goal and success instead of wasting time picking up the slack from worthless employees not doing their job.

To me it's the smartest thing Kwame could do and would probably be very favorable with the guy who made "You're Fired" a catchphrase.

On the Today show this morning they had some of the people's tapes they had sent in to get picked for the show. They were funny for the most part...just gave you more insight into their lives outside of the show.

Im surprised Kwame came this far. If Trump is looking for a leader, he aint it. He doesn't motivate. He would make a good right-hand man tho. Other than that he's just a well educated man.
I would have liked to see Amy and Bill at the end as well, then that would be a harder choice.

Kwame is still in it because he has an MBA from Harvard. Im not saying he doesnt deserve it but Troy was doing better than him and when Trump found out he had a high school diploma he called him a loose cannon and fired him. Education makes paths open for you.

You think Trump found out 2 weeks ago that Troy only had a diploma?! No chance...

His reason for firing Troy was legit.

I bet that Trump has a lot more on his mind than who has what education and he asked to be reminded. He was reminded (or may have first heard about it) that Troy had no higher education and called him a loose cannon. How is he a loose cannon?

Im sure at the interviews everyone read "MBA-Harvard" and that helped him get the recommendations he needed. The interviewers made the decisions about the last four and didnt take any of the show into consideration.

The reality is, a harvard grad is going to have more options than a high school grad.
