Ravens, Indy will beat KC, but than get rolled over by a playoff star McNair and Ray Lewis's postseason fervor, AFC Championship will be T-Sizzle (Terrel Suggs) hitting LT in the jaw every time he tries to run. NFC loses to AFC in the big game

Like that will ever happen - they BARELY made into the playoffs - if they weren't in the worst division in the NFL, they would be at home next weekend watching football on TV.

Ravens over the Chargers in a low scoring game for the AFC.

Saints don't play that well in the Superdome and I worry they will have some rust since they rested many of their starters this week and have a bye. I think it will be Philadelphia and Chicago with Philadelphia winning and going to the SB.

Now, the point about our being rusty after byes is a valid point---the Baltimore game came after our bye (Ravens had theirs on the same week too) but, as with many other things in football, the sample size is just way too damn small to make any reasonably dependable predictions.

I already noted that a lot of the starters were rested yesterday. Even ignoring that loss and the two they dropped at home during the pre-season, they are 4-3 at home and 6-2 on the road.

I stand by my statement. They are a better road team than home team. I don't care if you actually went to the games, it doesn't give you any extra wisdom. :roll:

Chargers. They are the most consistent team of the bunch. The Bears have nothing but an inconsistent QB and a defense/special teams that can usually recover from his mistakes, as long as their opponent is shooting themselves in the foot. Saints maybe, but I don't think they are better than the Chargers, even on a good day.

Would have said the Colts four weeks ago, but not anymore. They are on something of a downhill slide. And the Cowboys losing to the Lions pretty much seals the deal on their playoff hopes.

I'm a bit biased but I'm gonna agree. The Colts, while always dangerous are a very beatable team, especially against one that likes to run the ball (and I think Michael Bennett is healthy again so that'll help alleviate Johnson getting tired). I think both San Diego and Baltimore will overlook them which is a big mistake in the playoffs, although I think it'll be the Patriots and the Chiefs in the AFC championship game (Tom Brady's got a chip on his shoulder). If Green hadn't been playing so abysmally lately they would have played the Chargers and the Ravens a lot tougher. The Chiefs have something to prove now, and let's not forget who the AFC trophy is named after.

The Chargers sure didn't overlook them the last time they played.
