Hm, 1910. I'd be:
- barred from voting (female)
- not able to engage in the business world so unable to properly administer my wealth (female)
- crippled (rheumatoid arthritis, not treatable back then)

Those are things that being super-rich would not fix for me.

Should have chosen 2110 like me.

Don't forget the 1 in 100 death rate for pregnancy so I hope you never got knocked up.

I'm surprised how many people said 1910.
I couldn't imagine living without many of the things I take for granted.
In 1910 there were almost no movies, and they didn't have sound. No television. Few people had telephones. Even if I had a great car there were no paved roads to drive it on. Without modern refrigeration and shipping food would be mostly limited to what could be grown or caught nearby. Travel was by train and took a long time. Going to a single sports event could take days.
Medicine was basically aspirin. Dentists did use novacaine, but they shot it in with huge needles and it was hit or miss.
People showered or bathed infrequently, and most people walked around stinking.

1910 most certainly. Supreme wealth in that time is incomparable to what someone could do today, although this is balanced by an (obvious) lack of modernity. Computers - I could live without (no work), telephones - 1910s millionaires don't waste time on the phone, travel - fleet of helium zeppelins (hire ze germans :biggrin/pretty sure we also had some planes back then, medical - healthy/I'll take my chances, cars - hire henry ford, A/C - already mentioned/1911 = win (Text).

TBH, if you were to be in 1910 with the knowledge you have now, I would think you'd be able to spur things in the right direction a bit....and if you didn't know anything of the future, who cares? I'm sure 20-40 years from now we'll be wondering how we all lived without some such technologies that don't exist yet.
Medicine was basically aspirin.
Now that made me lol

No way. I'd pick 2110 where medicine has advanced to the point where (hopefully) death is highly avoidable or at least manageable (IE transplant your brain out of your body).

Considering I've had to have both my appendix and gall bladder removed by the age of 24, I'm going to have to go with 2010.

I'm still having fun imagining what "24" would be like in 1910:

Terrorists don't really exist yet, so Jack Bauer will have to fight bank robbers or Mexican smugglers or something.
Most kinds of WMD's don't exist yet, so the bad guys will need to use mustard gas or just lots of fancy new machine guns that just got invented.
No cell phones, so I guess that Jack Bauer will need to get his bad intel from the government via telegraph or pony express or something.
Torture was probably still legal back then. Good, because Jack likes using it
There were plenty of guns and explosives back then for Jack to use if needed.
Chloe will need to be more like a sidekick for Jack to occasionally give him good ideas... kinda like Watson to Sherlock Holmes.

I'm liking this idea... maybe Fox can do a spin-off show

That is such a hilarious idea, somebody ought to make this parody as a youtube skit or something.
