In the specific "city" (town really) I live in it states this.

On the census of 2000, there were 11,399 people, 4,004 households, and 3,139 families residing in the city.

But that's clearly very out of date now.

The whole metro area is over 3.5 million though, partly because it's the combination of both Minneapolis and St. Paul and all their suburbs. Minneapolis proper is rather small.

i don't live in the city limits. 2008 estimate for my county is 3,984,349. closest city per 2006 estimate is 2,144,491. the MSA is 5,728,143 per 2008 estimate

I visited Tempe and Phoenix a few years ago, but I don't think I made it into Mesa. Beautiful area but too frickin' hot for me LOL.

went up to west coast area canada as a kid, dont know where tho... was a trip with dad. if you saw tempe and phoenix, you didnt need to see mesa hehe. tempe is a much nicer looking city than mesa, and phoenix is better looking in most areas. i think canada would be way too frickin cold for me
