Port monitor for NT Server

I have a test server running NT4

Is there a program that monitors what port is being accessed in a set period of time or continuous ? If you know any, please let me know. Thanks.

yeah netstat only gives you current, I wanted to log min by min... or so.. or every 15 min... gonna check out netmon now.. thanks.
