Possible Bug in DocMemory?

I have a ACER ASPIRE 6120 computer its a Pent 2 400mhz with 384 Meg of
Kingston PC 100 Value Ram Dimm 168 pinn in 3 sticks of 128 Meg of Ram.
The computer comes with USB everything, including keyboard and mouse.

When I run Doc Memory to run ALL test on just BASE memory I everything
passes and mouse and keyboard still work. But when I run ALL test on
EXTENDED, everything seems to work fine till it gets to the MATS + test
then mouse freezes and keyboard is non responsive then I get a FAIL test
error at:

ADDR: 17FEC070 (383M)
EXP: 55AA55AA
ACT:55AG55A

Test continues to run without any errors but unfortunatly mouse and
keyboard is non responsive.I switched Dimms around and still get the
same exact fail address: 17FEC070(383M). and again when this failure
happens mouse and keyboard become non responsive and when test is all
finished I have to turn off computer manualy. This leads me to believe
my Ram is OK?, if you have any ideas or
input I sure would appreciate it

Heve sent 2 emails to Docmemory with no reply yet. Anybody know of another free memory tester? Also nortons utilities gives you errors with more than 256? I dont understand why they cant make a simple program to test your RAM, but High tech games like B 17, or Quake3 and Halflife use the ram without any problems, strange indeed. Thanks again.

I've been using this one for a while. Works good, but will give errors not only if you have a bad dimm, but also if your ram is overclocked too high or if memory timing settings are wonky.
