Newt Gingrich a finalist for VPOTUS candidate wants to issue a Sharia test to every American Muslim. If they fail the test meaning belief in Sharia law they are deported.

Not that far off from Trump's Muslim ban. Can't wait to see how this test is given.

I believe you meant he was a candidate to be the GOP nominee, but the wording in your title was open to misinterpretation.

News casters didn't like his idea to charge people with treason(?) for looking at terrorist links either.
This proves what I heard Joe Scarborough say about Newt this morning. He's a big idea guy not a day to day manager. You can always count on Newt to come up with a good idea but screw up the message by complaining or saying something stupid immediately after.
His point about holding tech companies like twitter liable if they allow ISIS to advertise and recruit gets ruined by saying dumb things.

Thanks to the 1st amendment the government will never be able to enforce it. Of course the 1st also means you may live by sharia law as you see fit as long as you don't violate any US laws.
