Thanks to the 1st amendment the government will never be able to enforce it. Of course the 1st also means you may live by sharia law as you see fit as long as you don't violate any US laws.

Good thing Newt and nearly all other republicans today really aren't interested in the Constitution when you actually start asking them about it.

But if there was a large foreign population of them causing systemic trouble, then hell yes they should be screened OUT of any possible immigration and their visas should be revoked.
