I have two Yahoo accounts. One from years and years ago and one that resulted from the association that Yahoo developed with ATT/Pacbell. I have had a Pacbell DSL account for around 10 years, so I found that I had a new Yahoo account based on my Pacbell email address.
Problem is I have uses for both accounts and the separation is nasty because to get from one acct to the other I have to sign out and sign back in. I'm sick of doing this.
I use acct 1 for stock portfolios, and I have a LOT of them. I use acct 2 to see what ATT is doing with my email, i.e. what their spam engine is tucking away in my SPAM folder. Often times I have to do that because I am not getting stuff from certain senders, an ongoing problem.
Is there a way I can join the accounts or maybe change the username on acct 1 to that of acct 2? If not, I guess I can manually set up some of the portfolios in acct 2 that I have in acct 1 and then just ignore acct 1. That's not a job I want to do, but if there's no other way, I will.
