Possible to trigger WoL automatically w/ traffic over specific port?

I have my router running DD-WRT with specific ports forwarded. When I need to wake up my home computer, I have to log-in to my router and use the WoL page. Sometimes I can do it from my phone's browser and sometimes I can't (inconsistent).

Is there an easy way to configure DD-WRT to wake the computer automatically when there's an incoming connection attempt over a specifically-forwarded port? If the option is there, I must be over-looking it.

It's not included because that is not how it was designed.

What you are looking for is to run a watchdog of some sort that will automatically fire the magic packet when a certain condition is met.

You are going to need a very in depth knowledge of how DD-WRT works and able to program scripts into it. I'm not 100% sure that is supported. Really cool if you can get it working. If you come up with a solution I would be interested in it.
