Possible trojan email from Zone Alarm

Just got an email today in my yahoo mail. Reads as follows.

Sender Subject
Zone Alarm Virus Alert: Trojan Storm (Trojan.Peacomm)

I have not opened it. I run Zone Alarm and Avast. All up to date... How can I tell if this is a trojan spam. Should I just delete it?

I see on the Zone Alarm forum that one other person has posted the same email and has not opened it either.

If you want, open a new email, drag & drop that suspicious email off your Inbox stack into your new email so it's an attachment, then email it to me at tmcfadden - (a) - omnicast.net. But it's probably an email about the recent, updated Peacomm.B strain.

Most AV programs have an option to scan a file or an email prior to opening it.

Even then you can save the file to your HDD and as long as you don't extract or execute anything you'll be fine. You can then upload it to virustotal.com for analysis.

Avast does not seem to have that option.
