It's been a while since I've paid any attention, but the northside generally was the worst along with the area immediately around Trinity College.
But the entire city is a craphole.

lol, so true. its almost ironic as it is sad. He had a dream and all that happened is the african americans still tend to live in the poorest parts of town with a street named after him and they still segregate themselves for the most part.

I think google was scared to go down the really bad parts. Theres still drug dealers on this street.

This is now a brand new playground/basketball court that they fixed up for the community. Nothing but hoodlums, crackheads and their dirty children fill it up every day. I wish they'd break it down and put back nothing but sand.

Honestly though, it's not really that bad. Not much graffiti.

Even Kingsway has been largely cleaned up with new restaurants and businesses, and Metrotown is reasonably safe.

It doesn't look like they did a streetview of Waterbury, yet... but you can pretty much pick any downtown section and expect it to look like a friggin ghetto.

LOL at Hartford. I used to live on Park Street man, the north end is out of hand right now. I think down near Lawrence St. is the gnarliest, I know that's where I used to go when I had money!

After Hartford I lived in Holyoke, MA the heroin capital of the state (at least per capita anyways). I lived on the north end, the south end of Holyoke aka the flats is where it's rough. This is the most notorious building in Holyoke, it's run by a Puerto Rican gang and is a major drug operation. The "park" next door is murder heavy, and there have been so many heroin raids in the building when I stopped using it was happening at least twice a month.

Burlington, VT now... haven't been here long enough to know the city well. Plus I don't live the lifestyle I used to so am not actively looking

This place employs over 600 people not counting contractors, and they want to shut it down in May. It will become a giant waste land. It's the Xstrata plant.

Mine is actually not too bad (Berkeley), and quite nice in some areas. It goes into Oakland, of course, but even that part of MLK isn't close to being the worst area of Oakland.

Place is a death trap, that looks like a slow week up there...it might slow down this year, because I see north mpls houses going for 30k up there...decent looking places, 4 BR, 2+BA, 2k SQFT + ... but F that, no one wants to live up there...you see full streets for sale/foreclosed/boarded up.
