my friends got ya beat... 3 of them went as suprtroopers, they had the whole get up. Legitimate cop uniforms and real mustaches and fumanchu's. They were getting compliments all night.

This one I made for my daughter (the balloonist) got raves from everyone, I originally made it as a free floating balloon (just ribbon) but it was windy on Halloween so I have to improvise with the 5/16" dowels.
