We already planned on spending $80 on a refurb Garmin GPS, why not buy a Nokia Lumia 520 for $75 which offers offline GPS? Win!

I love that the GPS works offline and I haven't even activated the phone. Although I can't make any calls, everything else works fine over WiFi and GPS.

how much after, mounting, balance, tax and tire disposal?

No tax with online orders. No disposal, I have bare wheels now. I may mount and balance them myself, haven't decided yet. If I don't, a local place only charges me $10 for mount and balance on a set of 4.

I only have a couple holes to make but it will pay for itself. I tried doing it "manually" to avoid having to buy this and it was a painstaking process and I ended up breaking the drill bit I was using. Said screw it, going to buy the proper hole bit.



Sometimes you want to try to save money by not getting a proper tool... it's best to just get that proper tool and be done.
