I saw Beck in the 80s, and it was one of the worst concerts I've ever been to. I don't know what he was doing, but it wasn't at all musical. Luckily SRV saved the night :^)

I actually cant find my favourite concert vid online anymore. Perhaps the good folk of ATOT would be good enough to help me track it down, in exchange for kudos? Perhaps its a region thing.

Anyway, the video was a performance of Tchaikovsky's Waltz of the Flowers, from the Nutcracker suite. It was performed outdoors, and I dont think there was any ballet to go with it. Video quality was good.

The one thing that I distinctly remember, is when the main part of the waltz starts (like 2 minute mark or so) the camera zooms in on a woman who sheds a tear. Touching stuff.
