I can't see how improperly cooking the yolk would be possible with an up egg. With an over easy/medium egg, you can probably f**k it up, but you have to try pretty hard.
Scrambled eggs are much more difficult. Anyone can throw eggs in a pan, scratch them around and cook them, but that doesn't mean they have a clue how to make good scrambled eggs.
I'm pretty cool with eggs in any kind of edible condition. Overcooked, undercooked... It's all good. I'll take your brown eggs :^DYeah, this is a tough one. There are several factors to this combined with personal preference and combined with FDA/Salmonella news yada yada those are the results.
Eggs are a funny thing. Incredibly versatile yet when you think boiling one is easy guess again.
That's why I never order an omelette. When it comes out brown...egads. Don't over cook the damn things.

Socializing. Working from home for the last 15 years has NOT helped, I swear. Any time we get an invite to a social event with peers or acquaintances, I dread even thinking about having to go. The most recent one is a halloween party for my kids' sports families. Thankfully we have a family function that night, but I hate that my kids are missing out on... socializing.
Do you feel anxiety about it?
That's what I'm like. I've pretty much never had to be social my whole career. I've spent most of my time working on a team of two, or by myself. Mindless small talk doesn't come naturally to me, and I'm out touch with stuff most people like. I don't watch tv, and I give zero fucks about any sports teams. Weather's a good topic for about 10 seconds, but if you tell me how amazing the 80° weather is, I'm gonna think you're an idiot. Then you're just standing there thinking "Yup...". It's like slow torture.No actually, just the feeling of dread. When I'm there, I feel like I'm forced to come up with things to say or talk about. If I don't, I feel like I'm an outcast not joining the conversation. But no I don't get panic attacks, etc.

Used to do whitewater paddling, but I got out of it after my daughter was born. Now I like cutting wood. and hiking when the weather's cool. In the summer I like holing up the house, thinking how much I hate everything, and wishing I was waaaay farther north :^DWhat topics or activities do you enjoy?

For talking, I prefer technically oriented topics and problem solving as opposed to entertainment or observationally related topics. History is always good. Politics is pretty meh. It's bitching about whatever you don't like, or coming up with ways to fix things that no one gives a fuck about, and will never happen.

Pretty much anything. It doesn't have to be computer tech or anything. It could be "My basement is leaking, and I'm not sure how to handle it". Bounce ideas around, accumulate and discard; hopefully come up with something actionable. That's fun. Having problems, and fixing them; ideally without spending much money. Money's the easy way to fix problems. If it doesn't violate physics, it can be fixed with money. Cleverness is harder and more satisfying.So what technical topics are you focused on along with problem solving?
On similar subject I'm not really that great at swimming in general. Some people can just "float" like without much effort. I can paddle and float, but I'll get tired eventually. I can't just sit there and float, and I can't swim for very long. Like if there is a dock far out in a deep area I can swim to it and back, but I can't cross the lake or anything. So normally I prefer sticking to where I can touch.
