Of all of your rifles I'd want that the most. Granted the Barrett would be fun, the M1a is way more practical, and way cheaper You gonna leave it with Iron sights?

That CCF supressor isnt all that expensive really (about $600 is what I paid), but it is all the time consuming BS with form4's and tax stamps that sucks.

Love the Barrett! Do you get any glares when you take that to the range? I imagine if I brought one to the ranges around me (very gun control area) I'd get banned and thrown on some International Terrorist List.

No, no glares around here, at least with that rifle. The only glares I get is when I stomp some old elmer and his bolt-action .223 with my AR with open sights. Jealousy is an ugly emotion.

Anyone check out the Loaded M1A on Springfield's site? Looks like a pretty sweet setup.

That is pretty much what my National Match model is, except mine has a glass bedding in the stock, to help eliminate rattle. Outstanding rifle in either configuration.

Does semi-auto qualify? No?
Sure
It's got a threaded barrel with shroud, plus a foregrip and 32 round magazine. And a laser sight.
And a sling.
Hope you have that registered as an AOW or it's illegal...
And all my firearms were lost in a tragic boating accident
I don't really understand why TEC-9s are illegal. They aren't sold as full auto.
Forward grip on a pistol is a no-no. If you want to add a forward grip to one it's a $200 tax stamp and a few month wait for the paperwork.
If it is already registered as an AOW (All Other Weapons) you can get them transferred for a $5 stamp and same few month wait.
These rules make no sense to me. Yes, nobody needs a .50 caliber machine gun for hunting or defending their home and person, so banning them is understandable. But a forward grip on a pistol? Who cares? Yes, then you can handle recoil better if you mod it for full auto. So the person who is going to break the law by modifying it to full auto and using it as a street sweeper will have to break one more law to add a forward grip. I'm pretty sure that isn't going to stop their rampage or even lower the body count.
