Milled AK

Good eye. Its a blast. I would like to get new furniture for it though, the stock is just too short for me. I'd like to have all composite stock, forearms, and grip but they are hard to find. Anyone know of a place to get it?

These guys http://www.gunaccessories.com/AK47-MAK90/StockSet.asp look like they sell AK accessories including what you need. However, obviously I've never dealt with them and don't know many of the details (parts may be incompatible) so YMMV.

BTW can anyone explain me the difference between milled and stamped AK receivers? As I understand stamped ones are mass produced at a factory and milled ones are hand made by gunsmiths? Is that correct? If so, are there any advantages to one or another? And which ones most of the AK clones use that are commonly for sale in the US?

Hey thanks. I had actually checked that site before, but the extended NATO length, for milled receivers wasnt listed, now it is.
Stamped receivers are made from thin stamped steel and are easily recognized by the rivets that hold the stamped pieces together. They are much lighter than milled and less durable.
Milled receivers are machined from a solid block of steel so they are much heavier and stronger. The majority sold are stamped.
Stamped are far cheaper and easier to manufacture.

How about reliability, I looked at Krebs website (this one appeals to me most and it's instate) and it seems he offers AK clones based on stamped saiga receivers. Any issues with longevity of such rifles?
