That looks pretty cool. Maybe I will replace my N400 with one at some point.
Yeah it is pretty cool. Thin as hell, has MP3 capability, Bluetooth, memory expandable by microSD, you can download games and all that crap. The camera is 1.3 megapixels sand has pretty decent quality (for a cellphone camera) and there's quite a bit of options (white balance, ISO speed, that sorta stuff). The shudder delay seems a bit long, though. It also can record video, limited by how much microSD memory you have. Over all I am definitely satisfied with it but there's a few things I don't like:

1. Maybe it's just my phone, but if I have keypad lock on, for some reason the '9' key still works. I had a buddy on speed dial on that key and he'd sometimes get a call from me if the button got pushed when it was in my pocket or something.

2. One of my friends says he can hear his voice as an echo when he calls me. I've also read reviews of people saying there are some echo issues with the phone... but no one else I've talked to has mentioned it to me.

3. MP3 player works fine, but you can't organize your music into folders or anything. So they are all in one big list. Not a huge deal I guess, I don't listen to MP3s much anyway.

4. Can't use a sound file or MP3 as a ringtone, you gotta download/pay for ringtones. Again, not a huge deal, but I want the goddamn '24' CTU ringtone and I've never seen it to download.

So overall it's pretty neat. I did see it was in Consumer Reports (current issue? last month's maybe?) too and it did pretty decent considering the number of cell phones available today.

Kyocera Strobe. Soon to be HTC PPC6800. Both from Alltel.

GF uses Tmobile Sidekick 2, also about to switch to an HTC PPC6800.

The iPhone. I like it so far...

I got one, and I hate it.

I also have a Sony Ericsson P990i and P910i, and these phones are far superior to the iPhone...it's just so overhyped...it's got no features at all! Then again, I do live in Europe where we expect no limitations on our phones, and expected to have the available unlocked, whether from factor, or from operator

Out of curiosity, what features are you wanting? I also have a T-Mobile Dash and I've had a bunch of other phones, but I can't really find much that's lacking on the iPhone. Every phone lacks a little something...

1. Proper bluetooth.
2. vCard support.
3. video camera.
4. proper contacts search.
5. proper SMS organization where i can delete individual SMSs.
6. the phone not displaying the contents of the SMS that I receive.

That's just the ones that I could think of from the top of my head.

Sounds pretty much like any Apple enthusiast.

I got it because it was neat and popular. Then I got bored and got something else. Hyuk hyuk.

I use the mogul too, except for the sprint version. If you have the any windows mobile phone with a wireless card, make sure to check out WMWifiRouter so you can use your pda as a mobile wireless access point.

Except I don't have a data plan - I was on the use-minutes plan and apparently I'm not grandfathered over... I think I'll be paying per kb if I go online with it. I've used free wifi a few times though.

KRZR

The one I use is on the left. It's a combination of the verizon and sprint versions' cases. The silvery-gray trim pieces and glass on the front, and the gray pieces on the back from the verizon case, and the keypad, frame and hinge assembly from the black sprint KRZR. It also runs Moto software instead of the crappy VZW software.

You still have until the end of the month to call sprint and renegotiate your contract or cancel without ETF. See the slickdeals for more info. I'd recommend looking up SERO, as it is $30/month and comes with free wifi, but you could always negotiate with sprint to get an unlimited data plan for free on your mogul. Baring that, it's only $15/month which is peanuts compared to what some other providers charge. Honestly, having a mogul without a data plan is pretty much like having a car that can only go up to a 15 mile radius. You can use it, but it's crippled to hell.

vx8550 new chocolate blue color. I don't use any of the "cool" features on it, but I love the size. I barely notice it in my pocket.
