nope it's just a low RPM 8cm fan

Zalman 7000a-AlCu @ 2100 RPM using the fanmate controller. MB beeps if I go much slower than that. Cools fine all the way down @ 1500, but at all speeds it is the quietest component in my system so I just leave it on a middle setting.

How do you get it so low? My mobo (ECS KT600) doesn't allow anything less than 4500 according to their tech support).

I have a Tt Venus 7+ It is spose to be 2800 on idle and go up to 6000 depending on tempuratures... But I think its broken caues it never goes much above 2900 and I know my CPU gets damn hot sometimes. I emailed Tt but they still havn't emailed me back grrr.
