sorry, i should have specified. in the Supra community, BPU stands for "basic performance upgrades," which is a term generally reserved for factory turbo'd automobiles, and typically consists of a turbo-back (full) exhaust replacement and some form of increased boost (whether it be from a boost control or a pre-programmed tune). anyways, my power mods are a 3" turbo back exhaust (Megan Racing downpipe and JIC Magic full titatium cat-back), HKS EZII boost controller (@ 18psi in the video), and GReddy 3-row front mount intercooler. the video was my very first run, and you can hear my buddy Jason announce 435whp/423wtq. a few runs later we squeezed out 441whp/429wtq, and that was the best i got that day.

haha i don't know man...i was heartbroken when they pulled out of F1 too...granted it made sense since they were sucking at the time.

btw, the Kenne Bell sure sounds very nice...got any sound clips taken from the exterior?..maybe some driveway revs or something?

damn, exactly what turbo is that? EDIT n/m...Holset HX35. how does that spool for you?

Pretty good so far. I only have it set to 20psi right now and it gets there at about 4200rpm. Probably going to stop at low 30s. Redline is 8500 so I still have a pretty good powerband.

I don't have a video, but I think I can accurately relay the exhaust note of my mini-van....

Yep. I have not heard my car from the outside, but get a lot of comments. This was the easiest way to get a feel for how loud the car is.

here's another one you guys will like - my brother's old 1999 BMW M Coupe (R.I.P.) w/ a custom PT6262 turbo and a Nick G. base tune: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rMhojx-iq6c

it doesn't mention or show dyno numbers, but i believe he put down ~460whp that day (the same event at which i dyno'd the Supra)...mind you, this is only 12.5psi on a pump gas tune in 95° weather. he eventually went back to Nick G. for a more aggressive tune and put down well over 500whp. at any rate, the turbo gives it a completely new sound, yet you can still hear that it retains some of the classic rasp that BMW inline-6's are so famous for.
