I think this will be an interesting topic!
lets all post our Overclocked Ram with their timming and FSB along with the MOBO and CPU!

Mine is just a regular KT7A-R with T-Bird 1.4 Oced to 1532MHZ , SK-6 with Delta Fan
Memory a single stick 256 simpletech PC133 and another single stick OCZ PC150
11X140 fsb! (nothing realy much heh)

i am sure we will see amazing DDR results so lets get it on with all the 1.6A and 1.8A gurus!

my p4 1.8@2.2 (122fsb) with 3:5 memory ratio for 406mhz ddr with 2.7v on a asus p4s333

have also ran it succesfully at 125fsb for 416mhz ddr with 2.7v...I think it could go a bit higher but I haven't tried...

until I flash mobo to updated p4s533 bios at 2.4ghz I can only use a 4:5 multiplier and so my ddr is at 333mhz ddr...new bios will alow me to run 4:6 ratio for 400mhz ddr...thugsrook at 2.4ghz and 400mhz ddr has gotten mid to high 2900's in sandra benchmark test...

Edit: I guess I should state this is with 2x256mb Kingmax 5ns pc2700 ddr modules....

i got PC2100 BASIC DDR mushkin from 266 to 380 (or somewhere close to that) on a gigabyte 8IRXP, this is truly amazing IMHO

it was stable in windows xp and prime95'ed for 4 hours, no errors


+.1 volts to ram, other than that...all voltages normal, cpu was at 2.32ghz (1.6a) @ 35C full load

EDIT: i put TT heatspreaders on it (active)...maybe that helped

I have Crucial PC2100 DDR 256megs on A SOYO Dragon Ultra running at 188 (2*188=376) with a 3:4 ratio on the memory. FSB on mother board is 150 MHZ and I have voltage on the DDR at 2.9v. It runs very stable at this and I have had it higher but not as stable. I am running P4 1.6A Northwood at 2400! Wonderful chip. Motherboard sucked until a few Bios updates and now it rocks! Sisoft Sandra Memory scores are around 2750 to 2800.

Generic PC133 RAM with Hyundai chips on - Clocked Async @150Mhz in a Tu-Celeron 1200@1400 machine at CAS3 though the rest of the timings are optimized, runs MEMtest86 indefinately without errors and never crashes W2K

I just sold these 2-256mb sticks and got 1-512mb stick on the way

Samsung PC800 RDram

right now is at 1120Mhz with turbo enabled, it can post at 1200Mhz with turbo disabled, but proc is unstable at 150FSB... stupid asus mobo that doesnt allow voltage tweaks.

I have some OCZ PC3000 memory (yeah yeah, I know now that it has a bad rep) that is rated to 366MHz@ CAS 2.5. I've had it running, set to "SPD" in BIOS, at almost 390. That was using +.1 voltage. It runs fine at SPD using default voltage at near the rated 366. It's sitting in my drawer right now because I sold my P4 motherboards (Gigabyte GA-8IRX and MSI 645Pro) and 1.6A Northwood.
