I bought it in store where I live (in Sweden).

The card does run blazing hot without a fan, even at stock speeds. But I have a 12 V 80 mm Sunon fan blowing right at it, and if I connect the fan to 5.5 V (bringing the RPM down to well below 1500), it cools my GF3 just fine at stock speeds, and it is absolutely silent. But for overclocking I run the fan at 12 V (3000 RPM).
