Potential NEW DVD Rental Deal at Blockbuster

On my way in to work this AM, there was a radio ad for blockbuster touting a dvd rental club.

30 dvds, 30 days, 9.99

They didn't give any details (how many at a time, how long per rental) but this could be awesome.

This was on KNX radio this AM in Los Angeles. ANyone been to a store yet to inquire?

its 19.99 and its a gift card/rental card im not sure exactly how it works but seems like a good deal thats less than a dollar a rental

How many DVD's can you rent at once? That's the question that makes it a deal or not.

They advertise it in the store... I was there yesterday and it was 29.99 for 30 dvds/30 days. Maybe it's just more at my location eh?

They've been running the as on TV a lot this week. It's advertised as $19.99. Since it's a 30 day limit, do you have to go there everyday, or can you skip a few days, and then rent a few on teh same day?

Well, cant you always say that you dont like the dvd and they will give you store credit. I remember them having a guarantee or somethng like that

The price keeps going up! I'm not sure I have enough time in a month to watch that many movies. It would sure beat pay-per-view though. (unless you've mod'ed your dtv).
