powedvd unable to change language

we'll i have some raw formats of vcd's or dvd's in .dat format and when i play it its in 2 languages. 1 speaker plays one language while the other speakers plays the other language. when i try right clicking and changing the language i am unable to. does anybody else have a similiar problem?

its a cheap way to rip a bi-lingual DVD into VCD. Basically, you have 2 mono soundtracks in different languages instead of stereo. To listen to one language, shift the "balance" control in yout software all the way to the right/left.

BTW: The presences of such a CD pretty much implies piracy which is not condoned on these boards.
