Powercolor are a weak make.
Every Powercolor Radeon I've ever come up against has had the rolling line problem towards the bottom of the screen in 2D and blurry 2D quality at refreshes above 75Hz on any monitor at any resolution. Also most come generally underclocked by roughly 10% - 15% from the official ATi specs, therefore deceiving people at what really they are. Their Radeon 7500 should be 7400, 9000s 8900 etc. The only ones that arent underclocked are the 9700's for obvious reasons. Everyone would spot the underclock on those cards. You would if you paid $200 + on a decent dedicated 3D card.
