A. they're pirate form seemed to be plenty powerful considering their infinite ammo pistols that shot exploding bullets that seemed to be as effective as a grenade launcher.

B. for whatever reason they decide to morph forms even though they were raping all face as pirates, so what do they morph to?? well I'm pretty sure I heard ninja, which would make sense considering if pirates couldn't handle it ninjas should be able to do the job, so the ninja's ultimate weapon is a rugby/football weapon that morphs into a garbage truck that ghostbuster sucks them into the back and then drives away...

C. then they morph two more times for what I don't know why only to be reverted back to their original pirate form for the final fight...which I didn't think they needed to change away from to begin with

More proof that everything is better in its original language. Even some of the worst of Japanese pop entertainment like this, aka Tokusatsu, seems better in its original form. I refuse to watch anything dubbed or remade nowadays.

this is the 35th anniversary series, so they're going all out and giving them the ability to turn into "rangers" from any of the previous 34 series. so this is extreme fanservice for long time super sentai fans.

they first transform into goranger, the 1st series from 1975.
then they turn into samurai sentai shinkenger the series from 2 years ago.
finally they transform into the mahou(magic) sentai magiranger.


shinkenger was pretty awesome

This show was highly entertaining when it came out when I was little. This is WAYYY more violent than I ever remember. If they toned back the violence this version looks like it would also be highly entertaining.
