Power Supplies For Athlon XP's

What's the bare minimum wattage a 1600 or 1700 Athlon XP is going to need? I'm curious because i don't think my 200 watt for my athlon 800 is going to cut it. What ones do you suggest that are on the less expensive side?

I would say 300w would be minimum, I would go with 350w myself, the AMD recommended PSU list site is down right now,but stick with approved brands like Enermax,Sparkle and Antec.

If you run just 1 hard drive 300W is enough. For 2 HD 350 W is highly recommended.

You need something that can provide 30A on the +5V rail. Those are usually are the 350 watters and up.
