Power Supplies w/ Sata connectors

Which supplies (+400watts) have connections for Sata drives. I read someplace that Antec's True Power 430 has them but cannot confirm this ?

I just read a post earlier today from someone that just bought a Tru430 from Newegg and it did have the connectors.

Yeah, my TP430 from Newegg has two SATA plugs on it. I got it recently, about a week ago. It has the snazzy black plugs on the wiring too

My 430 True Power that I got about 10 months ago does not have the SATA connectors. I assume the newer ones do.

According to the product descriptions, it looks like the Thermaltake 480 ($62) and the Vantec 420 ($79) both have SATA connectors.

From the picture at the bottom of this page from the Enermax website, it looks like the 465P just comes with an SATA adapter.

How quiet are these supplies labeled as Quiet ? Running fans slow may cause excess heat buildup.

The true powers have the ability to only increase fan speed when temperature rises... So it is really cool, and when you get a bigger wattage power supply, it tends to be cooler...
at least that's what happened to me, my 300 wat is so hot and the fan is screaming like crazy, while the true blue 480 w is so quiet and cool

I just got an Allied 500w psu. It has 1 SATA adapter.

Why not get an adaptor? I know my personal favorite psu, Fortron 350watt with 120mm fan, doesnt have them but is one of the best psu's you can get

I could get the adapter, but I need the power supply anyway so I may as well look for one that includes them.

i have the themaltake 480w xaser psu , and it is great, gots sata 9 molex,3 floppy power ,varible speed control, or automatic smartfan mode.. dual fans.. it works great , and looks great. black w/silver xaser badge..

Vantec Ion's have them, Vantec Stealth's do, Enhance 360's and 460's have them. As well as many more .

I just purchased a new Antec TruePower 430w PS from Best Buy a couple weeks ago. They had plenty, but I saw a box that was slightly different. It must be one of the new one becuase it had a sticker on it saying it had SATA connectors and a exterior 12v plug. I immediately purchased it and I can confirm that the newer TruePower 430w PS have true SATA connectors (non SATA adaptors).

I got a new antec 430 with the black plugs but I dont see any plugs that I haven't seen on a power supply before.
