I'm already planning on getting the SLI version, so I can buy a 7800GTX now and upgrade later (when I have the $$$). I realized after going back through some of my older posts (not very many), that the question was sort-of-asked, and responded to differently. Let me know what you think, and thanks for the prompt response.

"you need at least 550W with two 7800GTX I would go with 600W. and OCZ has a nice PSU to. "

what other PSU can I get with the quality of PC P&C, without having to jump up to the 800W $500 price range?

Just a note if you order directly from PCP&C you will pay less than if you order from a distributor....that is most of the time!!

YES--it will power easily almost any configuration you can think of!!

Seasonic tends to be the AT Forum favorite.
PP&C is generally regarded as the best power supply.

However, OCZ PowerStream is the reccomended power supply for DFI motherboards according to the DFI enthusiast forum (dfi-street.com). See thier reccomendations section, sticky about PSU selection.

Food for thought, I'm sure they'd all be more than adequate.
