Power Suppy Problems

I am having some more problems now that I actually have managed to get my Conroe rig together.
It is either stable for hours and hours, shuts down after two minutes, or refuses to start. Everytime it shuts down I can hear a click from the power supply.

Currently the rig has:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6700
Gigabyte GA-P965-DQ6
2 Gigs OCZ DDR2 Memory
ATI Radeon 1900XT
Creative X-Fi
Lite-On SHM-165H6S
Seagate ST3320620AS
Dlink DWL-G520
Antec P180b Case
Enermax Liberty 500W PSU

I am pretty sure it is the powersupply, although I cannot confirm this for sure atm.
It seems that maybe the powersupply just cannot handle the load? I wouldn't think that I am using up all 500 watts of the PSU with this setup.
Anyways I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on testing the PSU, if it is possibly just a bad unit and I should replace it, or that it cannot handle the system and I should return it.
If I should return it, what PSU should I get? I do like the modular design but its not required, simply makes cable management easier in the case, a quiet fan is a must however.

Same results no load with just black and green jumpered.... turns off immediatly or the PSU turns off after two minutes

Only had the system up and running for four days bah...
Replace or Return the PSU I guess is the only question now.

Well I have gone ahead and choose to return the PSU.
I am ordering on of these PC Power & Cooling S61EPS
I shouldn't be able to kill that so quickly I would think.
