FiveThirtyEight is modeling > $1.9B advertised jackpot with about a 95% chance of a winner. They concede that they don't have any real data for this model (it's based on assumptions for sub- $1B jackpots).

Considering the last run-up went from $400M to $948M, I don't think their model will be far off percentage-wise (I'm guessing $1.7B will be the minimum advertised jackpot).
