For over a billion dollars there isn't anywhere that he could hide from ATOT so I wouldn't be too concerned. A smaller winning and he could probably slip under the radar but if he posts the numbers online beforehand even that would be hard.

I'm just saying there is literally no legally binding way to get the money from an online pool from what I've read. We could be as mad as we wanted and know exactly where his gigantic mansion is, and do nothing about it but cry.
Nevermind the fact that the way it's being done means that any winnings given out to the pool would most likely fall under gift tax... so not only would we take a tax hit, and the cash hit, the gift giver is required to pay taxes on any gifts given out past a certain amount which this most certainly falls under.
