PowerColor has launched their full line up for the 5700 Cards, including the Red Devil, and the slightly-lower end Red Dragon.

They gave it a glowing review. Factory-overclocked out of the box, fantastic cooling, and "the quietest AMD Radeon card I have ever tested" (their words). It does use considerably more power to make the factory overclock possible, but it sounds like Powercolor provides an alternative "quiet" BIOS that makes the card run with a bit less power.
I'm thinking this is the best AIB 5700 XT so far. I love everything about it, other than the shroud. Still waiting on Sapphire's and ASrock's custom models.
