If you're talking about dnet, then I use MyCows. It's a cute little program written by a DPCer, but don't let that put you off. I'll see if I can find a link.
Doh! I just re-read your question & realised that this might not be for you. It's not a proxy program, it just reads your dnet log files & shows you loads of stats & charts etc
There is only one kind of pproxy, the one put out by dnet. There are a plethora of pproxy stats programs out there, several of the better ones being available from dnetc "3d party applications" downloads.
